What is item processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Important Notes:

· Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it arrives safely. This may require additional shipping time.

· All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

· Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

· It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

3. When Will My Order Ship?

Time it will take to receive your order = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.) Please allow up to 5 days for us to handle, inspect and process your order. Depending where you live in the world, please allow 15-30 days to receive your order.

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Will I Have To Pay International Taxes And Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot be held responsible nor can we control duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note: in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages, due to strict examinations. Please be patient, as this is something we cannot control.

4. Verification Of Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be cancelled or held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly.

When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If this information does not match a delivery service's records,  we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

5. Do You Ship To PO BOX(APO/FPO/DPO)Address?

Generally speaking, we don't support this kind of service. But currently, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via standard shipping.

We ask that you please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.

All parcels will be held for pick up by your local post office, if it cannot be signed for or is undeliverable at first attempt. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

6. Tracking

The tracking of your parcel is traceable online. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier. The tracking number will, usually, be valid for you to check within 48 hours after you receive the email (except during holidays and/ weekends).

You can also sign into your account to track your order.

We sincerely suggest that you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days.

7. Wrong Or Faulty Item I Received.

If you have received a wrong or faulty,  please let us know straight away by contacting our customer service team. Please include as many details as possible, including well-lit photos, description of the issue at hand, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Missing Any Items In My Order.

If you have placed more than one (1) order, you may receive your orders in separate shipments. Please rest assured that the parcel is one the way. Individual tracking numbers will be provided to you to trace the location of each parcel. Any questions about your order can be directed to our customer service team.

9. Express Shipping is Available for Urgent Orders.

We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
